Abstract

As an educational strategy shows the strategy need for the development of civic identity. It is proved that in the citizenship identity - the result of the action values in the formation of entrepreneurial competence of the future of the area studies specialists. Theoretical analysis has been performed, the results of which suggest that the uncertainty provoking manipulative technologies "controlled chaos" dictate the need for the development of reflection as a resource to overcome internal value conflicts personality for the implementation of the professional priorities of the area studies specialists.
